2.5 cups of flour
1 cup of water (105 to 110 degrees)
2 tablespoons of Garlic EVOO or Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 packet of rapid rise yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
Pour the flour into a mixing bowl. Add the sugar & salt. Mix these ingredients up well. After ingredients are mixed, add the olive oil.
In a separate measuring cup, mix yeast in 1 cup of water that is 105 to 110 degrees. Pour water/yeast mixture into bowl with flour, sugar, salt & olive oil. Mix it together well. Once it's mixed, start to knead dough with hands for 1 minute. Once the dough is kneaded, place it on a greased pizza sheet. Spread the dough out as far as you can on the pizza sheet and allow it to rise (approx. 15 minutes). Once the dough is risen, it may have retracted from the edge of the pizza pan. Spread it out again to fully touch round edges of pizza pan. Put whatever toppings you would like on top. Bake at 375 in the oven until bottom of crust is lightly golden (approx. 15 minutes). Enjoy!
