Floral, sweet and highly herbaceous. Our Lavender Balsamic captures the essence of this ancient flavor. Pair with Chicken, lamb & vegetables. It is great over ice cream, fresh fruits and berries.

It Pairs well with: Blood Orange EVOO, Lemon EVOO and Herbes De Provence EVOO.

Our natural infused balsamic is caramel-color free, free of added sugar or thickeners. It is aged in wood barrels of the traditional Solera Method in Modena, Italy.
