Maple Dark Balsamic Vinegar

We have searched high and low, and it appears that we have created the first of its kind! The Pure Maple Dark Balsamic uses real 100% pure maple produced at a small family farm in Vermont. This balsamic is outrageously good. Think pancakes, waffles, glazing bacon, pork chops, ice cream, dressings, marinades, chocolate, cake fruit etc! It pairs well with Butter EVOO, Blood Orange EVOO, Wild Mushroom and Sage EVOO.

Our natural infused balsamic is caramel and color free. Free of added sugar or thickeners. It is aged in wood barrels of the traditional Solera Method in Modena, Italy.
