Very Easy Recipe: 1 small Red Sweet Pepper 2 medium Eggs 1 tablespoon of Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil a dash of sea salt Directions for slightly crunchy peppers: In a nonstick pan add the Garlic EVOO, the eggs, peppers and salt.
